Historical background

For the Bravi family, hospitality is an old tradition that began in 1961, thanks not only to the passion of Osvaldo, the restaurant’s originator, but also, over time, to the enthusiasm of his son Alfio and his wife Nadia.

The traditional restaurant activity expanded to include a pizzeria and, thanks to numerous catering opportunities, organized also in prestigious historical residences.




In 2004, this passion for hospitality finally evolved into the current hotel business.
